Why did my doorbell quit sending motion notifications?
With the Automation, video clips are not included. The Automation Plus package includes 400 Clips per Month. After the 400 maximum has been reached, it will not send clips until the next month and the user must re-enable the notifications. There are additional packages that can be purchased for more clip storage.
Door Lock jamming or low battery
If the lock is jamming, you will need to contact the D.R. Warranty to have the door adjusted by the vendor that installs the door lock hardware. To replace the battery, push up the cover and remove the battery holder to access the AA batteries. IMPORTANT: ONLY USE ALKALINE BATTERIES
